I enjoy Threads. It's the only microblogging app that's carved an aesthetic and identity of its own that doesn't immediately just scream, "We're a blatant Twitter clone!"

This is one of the biggest reasons I moved away from Bluesky. Everyone kept telling me how Bluesky was going to usher in an unmoderated decentralized Internet, without any kind of sustainable revenue stream,—I quickly saw that that was pure nonsense.
