This is Buddo. The earliest depiction of a human figure found anywhere in the British Isles. It is made out of whale bone and can be found in the Stromness Museum on Orkney. At 4,900 years old it comes from a time when mammoths still walked the Earth 🦣 . #neolithic #Orkney

I've found this extremely useful isochrone-map generator! You can plot contours of equal travel time walking, biking, public transit-- centered on several places, so you can for example see which area gives you 30 minutes to work _and_ 30min to the city center

Det er lenge sidan eg har høyrt noko til slap bass-naboen no. Men til gjengjeld har ein saksofonist som høyrest ut som Georg Ahlsen på sitt mest alkoholisert-melankolske tydelegvis gjort sitt inntog i burettslaget i løpet av sommaren 🤷♂️
