Part of the issue is that banks are not holding mortgages for >1yr after underwriting. They're largely in the biz of collecting fees then off loading the loans for syndication. If it's not a confirming loan requirement, there's not much incentive for a bank to change their origination process.

Yeah, people are just being reflexively anti-tech in this thread. I take then all the time in LA. I assure you, they can handle twin cities traffic just fine.

And like this type of thing is common in all sorts of groups e.g., as my posters do, you're writing in all lower case with sparse use of punctuation - it's a form and style that probably has a similar signaling function? (not a read at all lol please don't block me, I like your stuff!)

I think his being smart and charismatic is correct; however, I think his syntax and style is much more about signaling his position/power (re: bsky.app/profile/mike...).
