In the UK we have a property programme on TV called A place in the sun, often looking at homes in Spain for Brits. I wonder if the Spanish have their own version called A place in the pissing rain .

If you do the same to hang on to your multimillion pound inheritance tax exemption then you're a brave freedom fighter defying the odds
