Well done to all those who have tirelessly campaigned to scrap the 2-child benefit cap.

Today, the government admitted it had been keeping thousands of children in poverty for no reason whatsoever.

Next, tax wealth, reverse austerity and end the privatisation rip-off!

This is a major anti-democratic proposal from Lammy. Juries reduce the risk of miscarriages of justice; and a judge for example would be free to crack down on peaceful protest, without the input of a jury.

The government lost (??) them and so far are ignoring that and just considering the responses they kept. Outrageous!
🚨This is a scandal! The government lost thousands of public responses to their railway consultation.

That means that if you want to end the private rolling stock ripoff, or cut fares, or end competition law in the railway, your voice was silenced.

Labour will privatise the NHS through a form of PFI, crippling it with further massive debt, and create profit streams for private companies from our public funds.
It’s unbelievable that Starmer, Reeves and Streeting are doing this…🚨

Not only did Brexit not provide any extra money for the NHS - as liar-in-chief Boris Johnson promised - but Brexit is impoverishing the UK each year by an amount of money not far off the annual NHS budget.

Thanks Farage.

China has brought millions out of poverty. The US has not – by choice.

The UK is following the US model. Wealth concentrated in fewer hands. 24m can't attain minimum standard of living, real average wage unchanged since 2008, public services eroded, profiteering is rife.

🚨 The verdict is in: Labour plans to use private money to build its “NHS Neighbourhood Rebuild” programme.

This is a huge red flag — NHS trusts are still billions in debt from old PFI-style schemes. 💸

We’ll be watching closely as more info comes out.

The NHS 'can't afford' to pay doctors £500m a year more.

But it will give the USA 6x as much for nothing.

Will UK Chancellor redistribute?

End two-child benefit cap, cost £3bn-£3.6bn.
Abolish VAT on domestic fuel, cost £2.5bn.
Increase income tax personal allowance by £1000, cost £8.4bn.

Taxing capital gains at same rate as wages, generates £14bn+ more in NIC.

Another world is possible.
This is how Rachel Reeves could deliver a progressive budget
