Toronto's #TransformTO plan to achieve net-zero carbon emissions, includes a target of "75% of commutes < 5km to be walked, cycled or taken by transit by 2030". In '16, Toronto was 7% away from this target. In '22, it was 10% away (COVID patterns contributing).
