This boy badly needed our help today.

To anybody who comments on my posts / shares / supports my work this is the only way I can say thanks. By using the good will and support to spend time helping the dogs who need it most and who have no one.

Have a lovely holidays 💕

Apps constantly asking for us to rate them like needy children or a certain petulant president. Grow up apps, not everyone will like you, live with it. PS even if I think you're the best app I've ever used I'll never answer your desperate for attention requests.

TV programmes versus film. Given all the shit in the world at the moment this will seem petty. But at least new TV programmes fill a wide screen TV while films need adjusting and then the picture isn't always right. And yes I have a relatively new TV. Come on film producers think about both markets.

French publishing house Harlequin decided to use AI translation instead of human translations.

All their freelance translators (some of whom had been working with Harlequin for +30y!!!) were told they would no longer receive work from Harlequin

The Govt is trying to amend the Public Order Act to classify animal testing sites as "key national infrastructure". Purely to clamp down harder on peaceful protests.

Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

Please remember this next time you hear Nigel Farage and Reform say we must leave the ECHR to control our borders
🚨 “Can I tell you how many times in the last 45 years the European Court of Human Rights has ruled against the UK when it comes to deporting people from this country - only 13 times - in 45 years”

Billionaires don't donate
out of the kindness of their hearts,
they are buying policy
Large donations = bribes
In the last twenty years, mega-donations to political parties from the super-rich haven’t just doubled.

They haven’t just trebled.

They’ve gone up sevenfold.

And that money isn’t generosity.

It’s to buy influence so politicians serve their interests, not our constituents.
