If I had a nickel for every time I commissioned an artist, asked for updates semi-inconsistently, gotten little in terms of updates, ("it's good", "bad", or "I'll work on it on the weekend") then a whole year goes by and I get offered a refund, I'd have three nickels.

Seeing indie devs watch speed runs is great because they're like, "oh yeah, the fuckshit glitch, we knew about that pretty early in development and thought it was kinda cool, so we kept it in" and AAA lead developers will watch a slide hop and shit themselves out of confusion and try to "fix" it.
