This is a VERY large earthquake, possibly/probably among the 10 largest ever recorded. A clear subduction zone megathrust event. And it is another M>8.5 event with a notable foreshock (the recent M7.4 in same location), like Tohoku in 2011.

M4.6 near Orcas Island, 45 km ENE from Victoria and 70 km from Vancouver.
Felt all across southwest BC and northwest WA.

That was a shallow M5.1 earthquake, 24 km NNE of Sechelt and 60 km NW of Vancouver at 1:26 p.m. PT. Shaking was felt by 1000's across southwest British Columbia.
