I think this will have a very marginal impact at most. Rent in California is high because there are too few homes for the amount of people who want to live here, not because AI is magically making prices higher.

I’m sorry but I think folks can often be too harsh with Sarah. 95 Ds voted YES bc of leadership, why single her out so often?
She got elected statewide in Delaware. Her path is challenging and this time is terrifying. I think the disagreements w/ her can be less personal. I care about her safety.

I don't know, wealth concentration is a problem but when the CEO of one of the biggest companies in the US is on his knees paying tribute to the authoritarian president with golden trinkets I'm way more worried about the fascists than I am about the "oligarchs"
