I believe the next chunk of people on the Waiting List were emailed (months ago) to tell them that EFC would assess the situation after the today's deadline and that they would be alerted if there are seats left and they are now eligible based on their membership.

On the soccer bus was a 90 plus aged supporter. The drop off was Great howard lights with Blackstone street. He had to walk from their to Bramley. All roads closed off. Not even a drop off point for disabled/elderly. Seems council want more money from permits than actual working solution.
