A state law professor noted that the judges shouldn't have taken the appeal that basically led to this result. The whole thing, imho, was b.s. Net result: criminals get away with it.

as to the suggestion he ratted her out or something, I think that requires a bit more evidence.

I continue to feel deprived when reading articles and books that seem to skip over something important. I know. You can't cover everything. But this is far from a trivial thing. It's a constitutional amendment proposed during her first term in office.

Wikipedia also fails me. A web search also yields no results. Searches of her name and the 18th Amendment or Prohibition continue to bring up her role in the 19th Amendment. What does the word "and" mean to you? Not "or" ... "and" -- I want information on BOTH.

If it were Biden, they would say he was asleep. The paper has had biased coverage on the subject of Trump's age-related problems for years.
