Also, I am very stuck on "what good would this do even if they actually got the ACA extensions sometime in December" in light of the fact open enrollment closes when? Like a lot of people just won't get insurance this year. Even if they get a deal it may be too late to buy a plan knowing the premium

all of their calculus is predicated on case subjects who can autopay their bills, check their mail daily, fax & print forms from their own office, and wait months for dispute adjudications; this is an underlying reason Judges Are A Problem too
