While 500 people are peacefully gathered here tonight, I should point out a Tucsonan was interviewed by the FBI for participating at a ICE protest in #Tucson.

Members of the Marana Council are reportedly are in the dark, with no communications from the new owners - the privately owned MTC corporation.

Another questions whether the new owner of the former prison will push to house more people than the facility was originally intended to hold, noting other ICE facilities are using bunk beds and having people sleep on the floor.
