Transmedicalism is essentially the idea that the only transgender people who are truly trans are those who medically transition and experience dysphoria.
I reject it on the basis that I believe it is archaic, not every trans person needs surgery/hrt and dysphoria can be hard to recognize.

Finally got around to play MyHouse.wad (Doom map) and HOLY MOLY I nearly jumped out of my seat and screamed a few times. I've played many a survival horror, so games rarely get under my skin like this. I'm incredibly impressed what the community can do with a game that came out in the mid ninties.
