I almost said Shiloh (mainly due to the two Union ships on the body of water at the bottom, which I assumed to be the gunboats Lexington and Tyler), but the map orientation is wrong.

The cover that raises so much fuss:

King of Kings
The cover of King of Kings has always been controversial. Is it the unusual style of the "o" in the word of???

...it actually predates "King of Kings". Somebody, in a review of the game, called it "Civilization" in boardgame format for its reliance on political and economic paths to victory (though "Civilization" itself now has its own boardgame version).

The thing is, though, that once one gets past the box cover, this game is in fact well-regarded and highly-rated on BGG; as the designer says, though, it's more of a grand strategy game than a wargame per se (that's what "Ancients" is for, to game out the battles, though...

Conspiracy-theory junk like this just makes the person repeating it look like a lunatic and gets in the way of having actual conversations about the merits, or lack thereof, of what happened last night and the path forward.

This sort of crap makes the people who have genuine and justifiable reasons to be angry about last night's events look bad. Really, really bad. I very much doubt Tim Kaine even remembers who attended Chelsea Clinton's wedding at 15 years' remove.

The cult-favorite Bill Banks game (originally published by Good Industries, then republished by 3W)? I got it last year at the same time I got the original edition of "King of Kings" (the one with the notorious cover - it was also republished as "Imperator" by 3W).

Noted. However, Johnson, according to current reports, has ostensibly caved - using the term with malice aforethought - and said that he will swear in Grijalva when the House reconvenes. After so long stonewalling, skepticism is warranted, but we'll see.

Doubt it; if they were going to do that, they'd have done it by now. That they're still fighting so hard to resist releasing them indicates the files are intact. That being said, DOJ could well try legal maneuvers to further delay things in the event the House passes the discharge motion.

If you mean the one down in Tennessee, that won't negate her vote, it will simply replace one Republican with another should their candidate win, so the balance will be unchanged.

If one has ever had a good sausage, they may have eaten organ meats, depending on what variety it is.

Also, he just threatened air traffic controllers.
