Perhaps unfreezing the infrastructure funding for airports and letting Verizon do the upgrade rather than waiting for Elon to test his system for a potential contract would be a good idea. 🙄

3. The rationale for this policy keeps changing. Remember when it was all about bringing manufacturing home? (That was yesterday.) Now it's negotiating deals. Those are fundamentally in tension.
