So very sorry to hear this. I only knew Vicky through social media - but her love of design, public service and the North just shone through and was was extraordinarily warm, open and passionate. A very sad and significant loss for Vicky’s family, friends and the design community

And building a Digital Academy in Leeds was an inspired move, encouraging digital capability to be built outside, you know, that London. Quite ground-breaking at the time, if memory serves.
