When Doug Ford refused to fix our schools, it sent shock waves threw my soul. The thought of children getting rained on while sitting at their desk was unsettling. There is over 10 billion worth of repairs just waiting to be done in Ontario schools. Our children deserve better, Vote NDP fix it!
When we invest in our kids’ schools, we strengthen our communities, province, and our economy for generations to come.
As Premier I will fix our schools, hire more caring adults to help kids learn, and launch a universal School Food Program to make sure no child has to learn on an empty stomach.

I'm crying in my car now after wrapping anything we had around heads and necks of seniors, kids, people who are sick and in wheelchairs some with frostbite on faces and put socks on their chapped trembling hands. The two pairs of boots we had went to people in slippers. 😭

Minister of Health Sylvia Jones office confirmed they hired private investigators to dig up “evidence” against the sites. One would think they would have had this “evidence” back in august when they started to shut them down.
New: Private investigators have been poking around two Toronto supervised consumption sites of late. Staff worried they were hired by the Ford government to bolster its arguments against the sites.
