I wish they said explicitly that there's $5 billion in emergency reserves they're refusing to use instead they're happy to let people - mostly children, the disabled, and elderly, starve.

Related - Trump says it’s all “private funds.” Does this mean he’ll claim personal ownership of part of the WH? That ethics rules don’t count? Fundraising events? Renting it out for money or consideration?
The White House is asking people not to share pictures of the East Wing because it’s even worse today.
