It's like the people making these decisions to forbid certain subjects probably never learned the concept of object permanence either. They think if they don't talk about it, bigotry, racial inequality, and queer people will just go away.

They are so proud of their bigotry. It's not enough for them that they're responsible for thousands of deaths by pulling funding from USAID. The rest of us can and will commemorate the day despite the regime.

Term limits in Congress and the Supreme Court would be helpful. Political aspirations would then not so easily be seen as a lifelong career. Most of us have to deal with retiring and aging. We need to find ways to make that a healthy process--yes, physically, but also mentally and spiritually.
