Love this, and wish more funders would create similar funding streams! So many innovative new tools that attract funding are built upon core infrastructures that struggle to find funding for their “boring” operations.
Love that a funder has set up a 'boring fund' to fund the boring stuff such as maintaining existing technology that no one ever funds but is essential for impact.

(Even better - just fund core costs)
