We send all speakers copies of the questions and comments post-event and then send all attendees the responses. So, quite open?

It's because it is so distracting for the speakers with hundreds of attendees, and everyone can post comments and questions in the question box which can be asked/read out during the Q&A, so this seems rather unfair. 1/2

We’ve been made aware of individuals receiving emails claiming to be from the OBC, requesting fees from authors. To be clear: OBC does not charge individuals, book clubs, or authors for meetings/events. We're a collective funding model that channels library support to OA publishers & infrastructure.
