Of course, @annesosin.bsky.social was here before I was and really gets it right: Rachael Bedard is allying herself with grifters not communities--it's particularly noxious as Bedard wraps herself in the mantle of health and human rights. Such garbage from @theatlantic.com.
We need to make common ground with communities, not with grifters. Understanding the complex social, economic, and cultural landscape fueling "anti-science" views doesn't mean clearing landing strips for actors seeking to exploit communities for their advancement.
