The other day one of my young students asked me “If I tell you a secret will you promise not to tell my parents?”
😮 “What is the secret?”
“Sometimes I stay up until 1:30 reading in bed…”
“There is nothing wrong with that”, I responded…
The kids are alright.

Went to see #TheCorrespondent yesterday… a powerful story about an Australian journalist arrested and put through a sham of a trial and conviction in Egypt before international pressure forced his release. Quite eye opening given the news of the day shows an erosion of due process in the west.
