He was impressed with her 1933 performance in the scandalous film Baby Face, which I’ve seen. She is a modern actor in that film, ahead of her time, and head and shoulders above all the other performers.

Ralph spoke highly of Stanwyck, from her earliest performances to when he directed her in television. She was talented, professional, and a genuinely good and caring person.

Alas, no. I’ve seen some of them. But I’m making it my quest to watch them all. You are correct in the list being organized by Star. He was telling me stories about Barbara Stanwyck and listing her movies I should see. I then ran to get the notepad and asked him for his list. I was what you see.
