This is happening.

Literary agents and unagented writers from all genres, details will be posted next week.

Writers —

Polish those manuscripts and be ready to pitch on January 27th.
Are there any agent pitch events scheduled on BlueSky in the New Year?

Literary agents, if I coordinated a 1 time BlueSky pitch event would you be in?

We can call it 2025Pit.

Thoughts?

We could schedule it for say Monday 1/27 when everyone is back in the office.

I want to grant wishes!

it's kinda sad that digital work is so hidden

like there's no messy study room or bookshelves full of works you've read or letters from people and gizmos and widgets you've built or stacks of drawings and diagrams

it's all just, hidden in folders, already lost in space, and eventually lost to time

Today, 12/1, is World AIDS Day. When I was on tour for The Great Believers I was shocked by how often people blithely said "Isn't it great we have it all under control now?" While great things have happened, 630,000 people died of AIDS last year...And we have 1.2 million Americans living with HIV.🧵
