After a trial over the last few years, Ireland has launched a permanent scheme giving a basic income of €325 a week for artists.

It shouldn’t need to be said, but: Kristi Noem as DHS secretary is not a prosecutor. Criminal charging decisions should only be coming from the Justice Department. This is like saying the Commerce Secretary “ordered” the arrest of someone.
