What strikes me about the Luigi Mangione/Brian Thompson thing is the juxtaposition of one person deciding who dies with another person deciding who lives.

My advice to journalists is, every time Trump picks someone, immediately do a deep dive to find out what awful things they've done — things that would be disqualifying in a normal administration. You will almost certainly find them — because they wouldn't have been chosen otherwise 6/
