Laughton may have been a bit of an unpleasant character, and certainly not an actor that was easy to love. But oh my goodness, this movie has all that "look what I can do" energy that Citizen Kane has. It's a childhood nightmare to match Ray Bradbury. Just a joy.

Been munching my way through these for the last few weeks. Very close to the TV series, and that's not a bad thing, but also a great read. I'm really looking forward to getting to the books that the TV series didn't do. Recommended.

Loved these. Don McGregor. Kirby came back to Marvel and took over Black Panther, as he was probably entitled to do. But it changed from something sublime to something loud and much less interesting, in my opinion.

Totally agree. I wanted to love it, but... I enjoyed some stuff. I absolutely loved that Rachel Garrett is in it. But, yes. Section 31 were terrifyingly clever and nasty in Discovery. And now they're Slow Horses.
