So I sent a friend in France a box of American candy via USPS First Class Mail, and after it lingered in French Customs for two weeks & they charged an extra 22 euro, the package finally arrived, with an extra item I didn't send. WTF? Are they just throwing stuff from one package into another?

The boys have started a new thing where they nap together on my lap facing me instead of facing away, and sometimes I look down and they're both just looking at me, but also looking kind of offended that I dared to interrupt their staring at me by looking back at them.

Today I realized that if you've cracked making a super fast, super tasty, naan-based pizza in the air-fryer for dinner, you can also have a super tasty naan-based pizza for Sunday brunch. SO I DID.
It never photographs well, b/c I like browned cheese & that makes it look burnt. But yum.

Today I realized that if you've cracked making a super fast, super tasty, naan-based pizza in the air-fryer for dinner, you can also have a super tasty naan-based pizza for Sunday brunch. SO I DID.

Anyway here is the hair I was behind at Hadestown. They had it loosely back in a scrunchie for the first act but then chose to let it down during intermission. Fortunately the angle of my seat made it not too much of an obstruction.

I am somewhat confused because this seems uncharacteristically positive towards protestors for the NYPD, but I'll take it.

Today in Adventures in Air Fryer Pizza: Realized I could do 1 mini naan instead of 2 naan rounds. This works out cheaper (I get 8 servings for the same cost as 6) & also 30 fewer calories. A 6-inch naan pizza w/ basil & turkey pepperoni is 300 cals, 17g protein. And I think it's even tastier!

Went out to dinner, got home, and was surprised when no cats greeted me at the door. Looked over and they were curled up in a spot they never usually sit, looking up at me like, "Oh... you're home. We thought you'd be gone longer."

It's the kind of lighter that stays lit until you close the cap. But someone tightened the screw on the cap too much, & you have to push it so hard to close it that your thumb touches the flame, which is less than ideal. And the screw is so small I don't have a screwdriver that fits to loosen it.

I got a "new" (vintage) lighter & it's shaped like a flask & wrapped in leather & I love it & it makes me feel very cool & like I should have a whiskey decanter next to it. HOWEVER... (continues in next skeet but here is a pic with a sad little Bic for scale)
