Sept is brain aneurysm awareness month. Earlier this year, my friend Dee lost her life to an undetected brain aneurysm. Screening and early detection may have saved her. Friends & fam gathered last week to honor her & raise awareness at annual @brainaneurysm 5k.

Here's what happened during Dry January: I slept better, I lost weight, I felt great. I leaned hard into Heineken's NA beer. Mid-month I had a glass of red wine because I was at an exceptional Italian restaurant and to me Dry January isn't a punishment. It's an opportunity.
