Do not normalize children dying from measles. Measles was previously eliminated in the US, thanks to vaccines.

When children die from measles, it means that adults have catastrophically failed to protect them because they have rejected basic science.

I once had the opportunity to look through health statistics of Nova Scotia prior to the adoption of the measles vaccine and let me tell you, it was bleak. If you’re not sure if your child completed their series, call your doctor. If you’re travelling, call public health - you may need to get one.
