Today’s #BirdOfTheDay theme from Alan and Rob is #mottled birds marked with spots of a different color. Alt is #blurry birds blurred in motion. These two Fiery-throated hummers are too blurry to tell if they might also ne mottled. Perhaps Scalloped?

In Cuba I got major crap from New Jersey birders about my orange shoes , but everyone in Costa Rica loved them- especially the hummers. We ended up with 406 birds on our CR life list. Leaving Guanacaste today. #birding Green Hermit pictured
