Not sure how this is anything but overly-punitive and carries a personalistic legal threat, but its use strips commanders of the ability to protect their folks from illegal orders in a way that is so heavy-handed I can imagine a retreat from the commitment to civilian control in response.

Modular housing options towards this are very realistic- 3D-printed homes are not. This and some other verbiage has me questioning the policy work that went behind this thread, or if it’s just liberal Mad Libs.
