Similar to why I bought 4 cookBooks on Black Friday. I want to own the recipes without scrolling through ads on my phone.
this is exactly why i still buy discs in 2023. it's crazy to think that we are reaching a point where piracy will be the only option to own media once dvds and blu-rays are gone.

When I pulled up at home at 3am I could see over the harbour that the Aurora was still dancing above the city - given that this view is due west, this is incredibly rare.
So of course I got the tripod & Nikon out again - what a night.
