As of today there are 7 friends who are desperately search for somewhere to live.
9 people if you count the kids of my friends.
Rents are too high.
HAP & it's restrictions don't reach current rents.
It's not just Dublin, but Cork Waterford, Galway & Louth.
FF & FG are the landlords parties.

Twitter/X is a really fun game where the object is to log on every day and block as many accounts as you can. I hope they sort out the cloudflare issue so that future generations can experience it.

She wrote a run-on sentence, as I had taught my students not to do, and clearly didn't proofread her work by reading it aloud, as I did and advised those same students to do, probably in pursuit of an imitation of profundity that cast petty concerns like coherence to the wind. The burning worm-wind.

Quite enjoying "Death by Lightning" on Netflix. I suspect that's because I know 2% of F-A about James Garfield, so the inevitable anachronisms and artistic licences go over my head (except for the anachronistic swearing, which wisely follows in Deadwood's footsteps). Also: jeekist, what a cast!
