this is the thing. are there clauses and provisions in the constitution that require other knowledge to understand? absolutely. but the constitution was first and foremost a *public document* meant for *ordinary people* to be able to read and understand
I always think, when I read about the tortured interpretations of the constitution, “I can read.”

I feel like 90% of peeps who hate on JavaScript just hate it cause they don't really know it, and blame their struggles on the quirkiness of the language instead of their lack of ability.
