Practical advice for anyone who feels that they need to do something to address the US crisis, even if that something isn't big and bold.

My inbox is replete with DNC fundraising emails, including from @malcolmhq.bsky.social, but Dems (and the GOP) constantly fail to impose rules on themselves. Why can Congress keep stock trading based on information in Congressional briefings when that is illegal for everyone else?
