You know, i never thought of killing myself.
Not because there wasn't chances of it ever being a thought at my head, far from it, but seriously thinking of doing it is impossible to me.
I live for a reason.
I live to make other people happy.
That's it.
And killing myself would stop that goal.

PSA: when your friends start having a panic attack due to their PTSD
DO: tell them that you are there for them, give them space if needed
DONT: slap them in the face to try to "snap them out of it". Don't physically assault them while in the middle of a red state while they are doing you a favor
