Oh my god. They deported a man who an immigration judge had declared was "more likely than not" to face persecution in El Salvador ... to El Salvador, during the big March 15 AEA flights!

They outright admit it! Yet the Trump admin's response to a court is basically "oops, well, no take backsies."

Again: The Trump admin is showing you they have capacity constraints -- they can only do this shake-down procedure piecemeal. If these institutions want this to stop, they'll refuse to negotiate and take them to court. Hold the line, create a bottleneck.

1. McConnell and the Senate GOP kept Judd Gregg from joining Obama’s Cabinet and blocked Tom Daschle — a powerful senator! — from being Obama’s HHS pick.
I'm going to need EVERY SINGLE "Progressive" McConnell taint licker to actually LIST what the 40 GOP Minority U.S. Senators did to stop Barack Obama in 2009. Did they stop cabinet members from being confirmed? Did they stop major bills from being passed? It seems some memories are faulty.
