When my son was 4, a guest left from Thanksgiving dinner to go Black Friday shopping, and it left a negative impression. On our next drop-off drive, his *sock monkey* confided that Sock Monkeys celebrate an alternate holiday, w/ its own traditions. It’s the best day & we observe it each year.
