I'm not sure there's a chart that better explains where the U.S. currently exists.
Everyone thinks we need more factories, and everyone thinks someone else should work in them.
As unions keep getting gutted & workplace safeguards keep being eliminated, that number on the right will keep dropping.

If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.
