I am kinda known as a big Arduin nerd, since I had the good fortune to grow up with the game back in the '80s. This gonzo variant fantasy game is a wild mash-up stream-of-consciousness of every bizarre and over-the-top table or character you can come up with.

Ok so it's well understood at this point that Republican strategy to get rid of government has, for many years, been "underfund and mismanage a department, then call it inefficient and useless to convince voters to shut it down." (Then they privatize it.)

Setting up an aspirational dungeon (the sort of thing you hear about in the campaign and decide you gotta go visit it) and I'm thinking a megadungeon built beneath a small temple to the god of dungeons. Climb a mountain to get to the entrance, pass the gift shop, tithe on the way out.

If you saw a bunch of people at a No Kings event today, that's good. You saw lots of folks in the community all galvanized to get out and take the next level of effort up from posting on social media (like this).

Like it's mislinked in the service, if you try going from one episode to the next it just goes to the movie (which is unrelated to the series)

I learned some time ago that anything of which I am a fan will be AWFUL when it's rebooted in media. When Netflix first did Daredevil and Luke Cage and Punisher I was like "This is pretty good! Oh they're doing Iron Fist? I actually like Iron Fist so this is gonna suck." And it did! It was awful.

I've noted a couple people arguing that ICE can't possibly keep arresting everyone because it would destroy the labor pool, and it seems that some people have forgotten that the fashy solution to that problem is labor camps
