Big companies have a role. They were not silence in other scenes, even with worldwide repercussions (I.e, tech regulations), but they are quiet now.
Too many mixed interests. No leaders here, but they reacted fast to Russian boicot.
Jewish have much more power then.
They will have to manage PRs.

To a large degree the test of Democratic Party leaders in the next few years will be the ability to stand up to Trump-MAGA and defeat them. It will not be the only test but it will be essential. Resistance will reveal the heroes and heroines of the moment.

Yesterday I read many were excited about Trump’s market policies.
I wondered what actions could excite me in a government: a just society built on respect, non-violence, and science-driven decisions.
And realized no gov can be that specific—so radicalism feels easier. Easier, but for a minority.

Anyone who has studied the history of police states and surveillance can tell you invasions like this are a stalking horse. Extreme tactics like this are always tested on vulnerable populations prior to being normalized across society.
The DOJ subpoenas to providers of gender affirming care wanted the therapy notes, social security numbers, and addresses of patients. This is an unprecedented and disgusting violation of medical privacy.

Disaster keeps unfolding before our eyes. Does this prove that totalitarian governments, backed by disinformed and indifferent citizens, can pursue any atrocity unchecked—in plain sight? It feels both frightening and hopeless.

It is a matter of sacrifice and Europeans don’t want things to change.
That’s what the far-right is taking advantage of… when there is little space for keeping the same privileges
Losing autonomy for an European Federate State would be a solution. Not today, not tomorrow, not with far-right parties.
Europeans live in a world where others increasingly call the shots. But shaping one’s own future—spending more on defence, producing more stuff, and so on—looks a lot like hard work
Must Europe choose between “strategic autonomy” and August off?

Have you noticed how difficult is to see Putin with an open smile in political encounters? Russians are not smiling people by nature in public spaces and neither is Putin.
He is obviously playing along. Not my sort of person, but he is clever. He only respect power, strength and proud.
