Yesterday I read many were excited about Trump’s market policies.
I wondered what actions could excite me in a government: a just society built on respect, non-violence, and science-driven decisions.
And realized no gov can be that specific—so radicalism feels easier. Easier, but for a minority.

And totally unnecessary… A million lives lost, billions of dollars wasted. All because Putin and his cronies want to stay in power.

While the world is focused on Ukraine’s war, the turmoil of USA and Europe, and Gaza’s endless Nakba… China stays silent.
Beware! Chinese’s strategy is clever at the very least.

Many times in history, evil governments have acted against weaker neighbors by inaction from citizens and support from third parties.
In Israel, that inaction stems from misinformation and indifference.
We all know who the third parties are.

Bullies seem to be winning on many fronts: Canada, the EU, Gaza, even within their own countries.
We may bow our heads for now — not in defeat, but to gather strength.
They will be defeated — not by shouting, but through strategy and unity. 🌍✊

Where are Israeli citizens’ protests when they see Gaza’s children dying? What’s happening? Even if the population’s been demonized, even if media can’t enter the war zone, one picture should be enough. I feel powerless, but I try to expose it. I am sure they could do more.

Media is not allowed to enter Gaza for its own safety, according to Israeli authorities. What a fallacy. The government simply doesn’t want allies to turn against them. So heartbreaking, considering the massacres Jews have historically suffered, that they are now doing this to the population of Gaza

When you only follow like-minded accounts, everything revolves around your own opinions. Even in moderate spaces, seeing the same perspectives again and again weakens critical thinking.
Not everything the “other side” says is wrong — many arguments stem from real problems. Denial is not a solution.

Of course, the hostages must be released immediately. But it’s been a long time since this war was directly about that.
The indiscriminate killing is happening right in front of us, every single day.

Suddenly all news about Venezuela’s politic takeover has faded out.
There are plenty of open fires in today’s geopolitics, but when you have people around from American countries who are not free to come back to their land.
It’s frustrating, but it reminds us how lucky we are to live in Europe.

It’s from 2019 and was called alarmist — but it feels painfully current, with solid science.
Maybe we’ll dodge the worst scenarios, but the likely ones are scary enough.
And that’s without the recent U.S. shift.
We’re seriously screwed.

In the West, we tend to think sequentially and focus long-term attention on a single major issue. Today, that’s the next move from POTUS and broader political shifts. Meanwhile, Israel’s ultra-nationalist government unveiled today a formal plan to invade and stay in Gaza indefinitely. Hopeless 😩
