Had a fireside chat this week on AI in physical security. Some argued AI will replace operators and analysts. I disagree—AI should augment them, helping teams focus on real threats and investigations instead of chasing nuisance alarms.

I’ve attended all (but one) Blizzcon since 2008, and am excited to hopefully score tickets for 2026! Every year I’ve gone, it’s been a blast to see the games I played as a kid evolve in new and interesting ways, and enjoyed by new folks just introduced to them!

Let’s be honest, every employer would have fired Hegseth for a similar accident, and would have fired the team that allowed & executed on the decision to use Signal for classified exchanges rather than on infrastructure they owned. This team is incompetent, and can’t be trusted with data security.
How many Signal chats with sensitive information about military operations are ongoing within the Pentagon right now? Where else are war plans being shared with such abject disregard for our national security?

We need answers. Right now.

Great time in Miami! My manager and I discussed how hybridized physical security—cloud+on-prem—shapes the future of enterprise. It offers scalability for agile workspaces, secures internal systems with encrypted routing, and enables unified monitoring while balancing cost & infrastructure. #security

Hey @netflix.com, idea for Love is Blind: in addition to their occupation, it should list their salary. It would give a lot more insight to us viewers, and help break the taboo of discussing income.

I picked up Play Nice: The Rise, Fall, and Future of Blizzard Entertainment last Friday, and finished it today. I highly recommend this book for those that have been fans of Blizzard games, or grew up playing their games and going to BlizzCon events; it was very enlightening

Our economy relies on people spending money on goods and services. As mass layoffs of the federal workforce continues and federal contracts with private firms are cancelled, the velocity of money will begin to slow. As orgs tighten their budget in the face of uncertainty, so will people.

There is no reason for DOGE to be accessing taxpayer information on all private citizens and businesses in the US.
🚨 SCOOP: DOGE is seeking personal taxpayer data at IRS, sources tell me. 🚨

Trump admin is pushing IRS to agree to an MOU that would give DOGE access to granular data on every taxpayer, business and nonprofit in the country.
Musk’s DOGE seeks access to personal taxpayer data, raising alarm at IRS

Hey @schiff.senate.gov @padilla.senate.gov I hope you guys stand up for Californians on this gross overreach of executive power to sidestep & bypass checks and balances. Elon and his meddling into our agencies and its PII sets a terrible precedent for our nation while weakening our national security

It is astonishing that mainstream media is covering this like it is a shruggie vibe 🤷‍♂️

The events that transpired relating to Luigi Mangione and Brian Thompson—and the general popular sentiment towards it—shows a larger issue at hand: the healthcare system in America is not that great.

I put on the #Warcraft Spotify playlist, and low key having tons of nostalgia to 20 years ago when I first logged into World of Warcraft. Epic times then
