A first win for Metz, against a strong Lens side! @jeremysmith98.bsky.social finally has something to smile about 8-)
Some surprising results in the midweek Ligue 1 round - which will make the team happy!
Lorient drew with PSG, Metz won against Lens (a double for Hein who got sent off for removing his shirt after his 2nd), and Angers drew at OM with a 96th min equaliser from Camara.
Also, comebacks!...

Plus my sad lament at the current state of Metz.
NEW POD! 40 goals in Ligue 1, an underwhelming performance in the UWCL, France don't exactly hit it out of the park, and we have a little look at Nantes.

More Marseille madness, Giroud showing he's the foxiest of foxes in the box, are we meant to love or hate Strasbourg, the unfairness of late transfer windows and more. Have a listen!

Kris, Phil & Jez discuss week 2 in Ligue1, deep diving into OM's interesting week, weighing up Lille & Monaco as challengers and spotlight the growing concern for finances in the French game.
