One thing I’ve learned today. Even though I’m a jilted Hartford Whalers fan, I should never, ever, speak bad about the Carolina Hurricanes to their fan base.

When you start your career put as much into your 401k as you can afford. At minimum what your employer will match. Then increase it by 1% every year.
