I am unemployed/semiretired with low income, but enough to not qualify for any subsidy. That rate is for a family (spouse + 3 kids, but the rate doesn’t change based on number of kids).

Assuming they got through all the Election Day drop box ballots today they’ll be mail in ballots that are postmarked properly but received after Election Day, I think.

We have this annoying habit in Seattle of making bike routes with 10-15% grades. Even where we do a decent job we manage to throw a 15% climb in somewhere due to lack of imagination.

It should be graded at <= 5% and paved well. Use small bridges as necessary. This would also provide first-class all-ages-and-abilities access to the greenbelt itself.
